Use of Services

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, users consent to receive text messages related to appointments, wellness engagement, account notifications, reminders, support services, and program participation.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and service plan.
