Use of Services

WelHealth provides wellness engagement, participant support, communication, and related service tools intended to support healthcare, wellness, social service, and community support programs.

Users agree to use the platform and related services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable policies and regulations.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing a mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, users consent to receive text messages related to appointments, wellness engagement, account notifications, reminders, support services, and program participation.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier and service plan.

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Users may reply HELP for additional assistance.

Service Availability
